Gemba Training and Education Program
Gemba Business System (GBS) offers challenging but rewarding training and education programs for individuals in various Continuous Improvement roles.
The program is classified in 3 competence levels and you will gain:

A successful Continuous Improvement leader will not only demonstrate the ability to lead projects and deliver business results in safety, quality, delivery, cost and employee engagement. They will also become “change agents” within the organization to spread Continuous Improvement as trainers, coaches and cross-functional GBS event leaders. The learning on GBS capabilities never end and Gemba Inc. supports all GBS champions in achieving such attitude of life-time learning of GBS, as the methodology of Continuous Improvement is and will always be improved.
Level - 1

Gemba Practioner
​
The first level exposes participants to a GBS operating philosophy and provides them with the basic theory, tools and terminology, enabling them to support their organization in GBS initiatives on a day-to-day basis.
Level - 2
​
Gemba Facilitator
​
This program further explains the fundamental theories of the GBS methodology and teaches new concepts, techniques and advanced tools of a GBS operating system, to foster a waste free and customer centric work environment.
Level - 3
Gemba Coach
​
This program facilitates the participants to become GBS leaders. By finishing this level, the participants will be able to motivate and support employees in their GBS journey and to promote a Continuous Improvement culture.
